Consultant Dermatologist at the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals since 2003. After qualifying in Medicine at the University of Birmingham, Dr Bell moved to Edinburgh where she completed training in General Practice which included a year of Gynaecology.
She was then appointed as a partner in General Practice on the Wirral. After 4 years, she made the decision to develop her interest in Dermatology and returned to Hospital Medicine at Arrowe Park Hospital in order to obtain the General Medical training and the MRCP qualification required to enter training in Dermatology. She was then appointed to the Dermatology training programme at the Royal Liverpool Hospital which she completed in 2002.

MRCGP with Distinction (Member of Royal College of General Practitioners)
